A deposit of £10.00 (or the full price if a service costs less) is required to confirm your booking. It's credited off your final bill when you attend. Need to cancel or change your date? Do it at least 2 days before your appointment and it's free. Cancel later than that, or don't show up, and the deposit isn't returned, and rescheduling isn't available that close to your appointment either. You'll confirm you've read this before you book.
